There is a Treat for Salman Khan Fans.

Here’s something that will put all the speculations surrounding the host of ‘Bigg Boss’ season 7, to rest. And Salman Khan’s fans can now throw a party, for there’s big news in store for them.

According to reports, the unprecedented King of Blockbusters – who has been signed to host the coming season of ‘Bigg Boss’ - will be taking some time off from the shooting schedule of Sajid Nadiadwala`s ‘Kick’ to shoot for the promo of the reality TV show next month.

If rumours are anything to go by, the show will go on air in September 2013.

Earlier, there were reports that arch-rival Shah Rukh Khan might replace Salman as the host of the 7th season of one of the most popular reality shows on TV, but it was later confirmed that the channel airing the show had signed Salman for its next edition.

“Shah Rukh was never considered for Bigg Boss. It is only Salman who could get the show amazing TRPs. Salman is also happy with the production team and has signed to do the next season,” a source close to Salman had said.

This will be the 4th time that the 47-year-old superstar will be hosting the show. He has hosted ‘Bigg Boss’ from the 4th Season, which is one of the main reasons for the show’s popularity. Other Bollywood stars to have hosted the show are Shilpa Shetty, Amitabh Bachchan and Arshad Warsi.

Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar Ready for a Clash ?

Clashes between big name movies is very common in the film business. The latest is being rumored between Salman Khan's 'Mental' and Akshay Kumar's Thupakki remake.

Salman Khan always plans for a public holiday release for a blockbuster on the first day only. Hence the Khan brothers are reportedly trying for a 24th January 2014 release. Following his footsteps is our stunt-master Akshay Kumar who is currently venturing for the remake of the Tamil blockbuster 'Thupakki'. It is rumored that director A.R. Murugaddoss too is willing to release the film on the same day.

Recently, the news has been confirmed that King Khan's 'Chennai Express' and Akshay Kumar's 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbai 2' are also to clash on 8th August, 2013.

UPDATE : Thuppaki remake confirmed for 10th January while Salman's 'Mental' will release on 24th which is Republic weekend but not officially announced yet.

Salman Khan is Guiding Daisy Shah.

According to a tabloid, ever since the Titan of Bollywood started shooting for ‘Mental’, there has been a strong buzz about his special friendship with Daisy and the newbie too doesn’t seem to have inhibitions enjoying the special privileges that come her way, courtesy Salman Khan!

“Daisy runs to Salman for every small thing. If someone tells her something on the sets, it is certain that he will get to know about it. People have become careful before talking aloud in front of her. Salman seems to be very fond of Daisy,” a source said.

“Salman Bhai is very approachable and is very protective about the girls on the sets. No surprises that he sorts out Daisy’s problems too,” the source added.

To get it straight from the horse’s mouth, Daisy admitted that she runs to Salman whenever she is in need of help.

“I go to Salman for help because I know him well. I am just starting out and I need proper guidance to find my way,” Daisy said.

Salman Khan to romance Katrina again?

There is some good news coming for all the diehard fans of Salman Khan.

Buzz has it that the Dabangg superstar might shake a leg with his former ladylove Katrina Kaif in an item song.

The song will apparently feature in director Sawan Kumar Tak's untitled film, which will be a sequel to 1983 super-hit 'Souten'.

And the rumour mongers say that the veteran filmmaker has approached both Khan and Kaif for the song.

A source close to the makers say, "Souten 2' has given us some memorable tracks including 'Shayad meri shaadi ka khayal' but the sequel will have a different kind of music."

I’m in love with Salman Khan :Aneri Vajani

TV actor Aneri Vajani, who was recently in the city, was all praises for Lucknow. "It is so beautiful!" gushed the actor.

For Aneri, acting was a wild dream that got fulfilled purely by chance. "I always fantasised about posing for shutterbugs. But I never really gave it a push. Then one day, a casting director came across my pictures on Facebook and invited me for a screen test, and before I could realise what was happening, I got the role." Since then, life has been a fairy tale for Aneri as she lives her dream every day. "I'm in love with the fact that I'm busy all day with shoots. In fact, when I'm in Home on a free day, I feel the pangs to get back to work."

All of 20, Aneri confesses that her family loves the fact that she is now an actor. "My parents have been completely supportive all along. My younger siblings call up their friends and say 'Dekho didi TV pe hain abhi' whenever they see me." The young actor is also a dancer, having received formal training in Bharatnatyam and also by Shiamak Davar. "Dancing is my passion. If given a chance, I would love to participate in a dance reality show."

Ask her the idea of a perfect guy, and pat comes the reply, "Salman Khan! I am head over heels in love with him. On television, I am extremely fond of Karan Singh Governer and would love to star opposite him. I've never been in a relationship and these are the only men in my life." Aneri, unlike other budding TV actors, does not have big Bollywood Aspirations. "I am really enjoying my stint on TV. Maybe after 2-3 more serials, but nothing as of now." With versatility like hers, she is sure to go places!
